I just sat and waited 45 minutes for a haircut. After waiting 45 minutes I was on Deck and skipped over because someone had selected a stylist that should have waited eight more minutes. Not happy with the service I walked out. That person just walked in right when that happened too. Horrible service I will never come here again.

When you enter the shop, you are always greeted by several of the stylist. If your preferred stylist is not there, they let you know when the person will be there and the hours she is working. All the stylist are very knowledgeable about the products, best type of cut for the individual, efficient with their time, and effective with the customer. That is something you can't beat. No matter where I live in San Antonio, I will return specifically to this shop.

Outstanding customer service! The moment I opened the door I was welcomed with an amazing attitude and a dozen smiles. Definitely coming back!
